Track Your Application Status
Stay informed about the progress of your ESTA application at every stage. We believe you should always know exactly where things stand.
How to Check Your Status
Tracking the progress of your ESTA application is straightforward. Here's how to stay informed at every stage:
Check Your Email
We send email notifications at each stage of the process — when our team begins their review, when your application is submitted to CBP, and when a determination is received. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) regularly.
Use Your Reference Number
When you submitted your guided application, you received a unique reference number via email. Keep this number safe — it's your key to tracking your application and communicating with our support team.
Contact Our Support Team
If you need an update on your application status, our team is here to help. Simply send us your reference number and we will provide a detailed update. Support requests can be submitted 24/7 via email, with typical response within 24 hours.
[SECURITY ADVISORY]
Your reference number was provided in your confirmation email. If you cannot locate it, please contact our support team for assistance. For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before providing status information.
Understanding Your Application Status
Your application will move through several stages. Here's what each status means, so you always know exactly where things stand:
Under Review
Our expert team is currently reviewing your application. They are double-checking every detail — passport information, personal details, travel itinerary, and eligibility responses — to ensure everything is accurate and complete.
Submitted to CBP
Your verified application has been submitted to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Most determinations are provided within 72 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as a determination is made.
Approved
Congratulations — your ESTA has been approved. Your authorization is generally valid for two years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first. You may travel to the United States multiple times for stays of up to 90 days each.
Action Required
Our team has identified something in your application that needs your attention. Please check your email for a detailed message from our team explaining what we found and how to resolve it. We walk you through the next steps.
[EXPERT NOTE]
If you haven't received an email notification within the expected timeframe, please don't worry. Check your spam or junk folder first, then contact our support team with your reference number. We're always happy to provide a personal update on the status of your application.
