Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the current status of your ESTA application at the time of your cancellation request. Our team will review your request carefully and determine your eligibility based on the following guidelines.
Before Expert Review
If you cancel your application before our team has begun the expert review process, you may be eligible for a full refund of our service fee. Please submit your cancellation request as early as possible.
During or After Expert Review
If our team has already begun reviewing your application, a partial refund may be available depending on the stage of processing. Once an application has been submitted to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, a refund of our service fee may not be possible, as the review work has already been completed.
U.S. Government Fee
Please note that the U.S. government ESTA application fee of $21 USD is charged directly by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and is non-refundable through our service. Any requests regarding the government fee must be directed to CBP.
