Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing at the time of your request. Applications that have not yet been submitted for final processing may be eligible for a refund of the service fee. Once processing has been completed, refunds may not be available as the service has been rendered.
- The application has not yet been submitted for final processing
- A duplicate application or payment was made unintentionally
- A technical issue on our platform prevented successful processing
- The cancellation request was raised before the review or processing stage began
- The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment
- The application has not entered the processing stage within 24 hours of submission
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your application reference number and the reason for your request. Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
Processing Timeframes
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the application.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Applications that have been fully processed and submitted
- Applications denied due to inaccurate information provided by the applicant
- Requests made after the refund eligibility window
- Government or mandatory processing fees are non-refundable
- Failure to provide required documents within the specified timeframe
